Paykeep — Terms of Use

Last updated: July 2026

Paykeep helps you plan around pay that changes month to month.

It is not financial advice

Paykeep is a tool for working out your own numbers. It is not financial, tax or investment advice, and it is not a substitute for an accountant. Decisions you make with it are your own.

It predicts, it does not promise

Every figure it shows is worked out from the payslips you have entered. It cannot know what you will actually be paid next month, and it does not try to. A prediction is an estimate, not a guarantee, and pay can always come in lower than any month before it.

Your numbers are yours to check

The app can only be as right as what you put in. Always check anything important against your actual payslip and your bank.

Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Paykeep and its maker accept no responsibility for any loss arising from using the app or relying on a figure it showed. Nothing here limits rights that consumer law gives you and that cannot be waived.

Subscription

Paykeep Pro is a subscription, and it starts with two months free. Cancel inside those two months and you pay nothing. Without Pro the app is read-only: everything you have entered stays visible, but nothing can be added or changed. The subscription renews automatically until you cancel it in your iPhone Settings, and the price is shown before you confirm anything.
